Asparagus and Mushrooms

Oh Costco... Thanks to this store my recipe world is just expanding. Buying veggies and fruits in larger quantities than I can consume at once, I am forced to be creative and usually make something totally different when using the ingredient for the second time. My first asparagus recipe was creamed asparagus soup (just don't forget to sprinkle some red pepper flakes before eating) and the second one was asparagus-mushroom salad. This salad was Bobby Flay's creation. I have to admit, it definitely exceeded my expectations and was something totally new in my cooking repertoire.
Grilled asparagus goes great with sauteed mushroom, blue cheese and walnuts greatly accompany it and mustard-wine dressing work very well. Thanks Bobby...
